As promised in April this year, Microsoft has brought the business management solution Dynamics 365 Business Central to Australia and New Zealand.

Business Central is an end-to-end solution for organizations to manage operations, finances, sales and customer service. It is integrated with Microsoft cloud services, and provides flexibility so that the enterprises can customize or extend it according to the business needs with PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, and Power BI.

Since April, the solution has been available to enterprises in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, and Finland.

As an updated version of Dynamics NAV, the Dynamics 365 Business Central brings the capabilities of Dynamics NAV to cloud. The Dynamics NAV is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution used by over 2.7 million users around the world.

“This is a cloud-based solution that can grow with the business. It offers end-to-end functionality – and a far more comprehensive suite of capabilities than many of the entry-level accounting systems,” said Michael O’Keefe, Business Applications Group Lead, Microsoft Australia.

“Business Central is highly intuitive, cost-effective, and it integrates neatly with other business solutions such as Office 365 and Power BI to provide end to end business transformation opportunity.”

With Business Central, Microsoft aims to unify and automate the business tasks and workflows, by integrating them with familiar Office 365 services like Word, Excel and Outlook. The users can complete common tasks right from the Outlook, and get the same capabilities across iOS, Android and Windows.

Microsoft has integrated its intelligent technologies like business analytics and connected data services to provide organizations actionable insights and achieve better results.
