South Korea’s leading telecommunications company – KT Corp., recently announced that it has acquired Epsilon Telecommunications, headquartered in Singapore and a global connectivity provider – focused on helping businesses connect applications and data across world and within the cloud. The acquisition is in line with Epsilon’s innovation in international networking – using KT’s state-of-the-art telecommunication services, leadership, resources, and customers.

It also provides businesses with reliable connectivity – extending its services to some of the leading data centers, cloud providers, and internet exchanges using its global private backbone network.

KT gains Epsilon’s connectivity solutions to build out its presence across the Asia-Pacific region, with a primary focus on Mainland China. Using these products and services KT can expand its telecom network into new markets as well as keep existing clients happy by providing them access to more efficient cloud platforms for data storage and applications.
