NASSCOM Survey – The Future of Workforce

Over the last few quarters, technology industry has witnessed significant talent challenges- be it access to quality skillsets or the rising attrition. A key strategy adopted by most organizations to address this includes hiring freshers, imparting adequate training, grooming, and making Millennials and Gen Z an important part of the current and future workforce.

NASSCOM in partnership with Unearth Insights is conducting a survey to analyse this major shift. Through this survey we would like to gauge the key factors driving this new generation, their expectations from an employer, and areas that give them job satisfaction. These inputs will support us in making relevant recommendations and chart a path to make technology – ‘the industry of choice’ for Gen Z.

This survey is open to all working professionals in the technology sector, as well as final year students who will be soon joining their first jobs.

The last date for survey submission is October 10, 2022.
