Enxoo has automated, integrated, and simplified back-end processes to support Upp’s £1 billion roll-out of fibre to more than 1 million premises across eastern England.

Enxoo, a Salesforce partner as well as a leading provider specializing in telecom specific digital transformation solutions, has been selected by Upp, a new UK provider of Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH), to provide its cloud-based BSS solution ‘Enxoo for Communications’. Enxoo also provided the front- and back-end development of Upp.com, a fully responsive and mobile-ready site that captures visitors and customer data directly into BSS. The website features an innovative customer portal for customer self-service, troubleshooting, billing and FAQs.

With Web-to-Lead and Web-to-Order functionality on website, Upp is able to provide a seamless experience for its customers. Through Upp.com customers can purchase products, check service availability, upgrade their packages and schedule or re-schedule appointments with service engineers. Enxoo’s seamless integration for communications is possible with various Salesforce platforms, ERPs and other systems and it delivers a fully automated Lead-to-Cash cycle with zero-touch processes to Upp, assuring complete data transparency, efficiency, and operational visibility.

“Upp has made a commitment to customers that will differentiate its offering and deliver seamless experiences. In less than six months, we developed and delivered a solution that has had an immediate impact on how customers engage with Upp,” said Artur Ostrowski, Chief Commercial Officer at Enxoo. “We’re seeing a growing number of FTTH providers recognise the opportunity to automate their sales, marketing and back-office processes. They’re putting fibre in the ground but also streamlining how customers consume their products.”

Upp is a new UK-based FTTH operator that has plans to invest £1 billion by 2025 in order roll out their full fibre network to over 1 million campuses across eastern England. Upp is backed by investment group LetterOne. It is deploying its regional fibre backhaul network to raise capital on growing demand for ultrafast internet service in underserved towns and communities.

“We started Upp at the beginning of 2021 and went live with the Enxoo-delivered Salesforce solution six months later – all accomplished without a single meeting in-person,” said Alex Marshall, Co-Founder and CTIO at Upp. “That is a remarkable pace and a testament to Enxoo’s highly skilled team. They are as enthusiastic to be part of our project and our ambitions as we are.”

The BSS solution of Enxoo is built on the Salesforce platform and includes CPQ, Product Catalog, Service Assurance, and Order Management. The BSS offers the most convenient customer experience by interacting with the website and allow customers to check the availability of services, purchase products and manage services. The Enxoo solution API ready and will enable its customers to seamlessly communicate with Upp’s partners or suppliers.
